As a services company, their package is awesome with full insurance premium payment for employee and half for the family.
This company has a great, well-rounded benefits package. The benefits package includes health, vision, dental and life insurance. There is also a 401K matching plan. I do wish there was paternity leave but the lack of this is offset by the ability to work remotely!
Pay is very industry- and locality-competitive.
Training is probably the best benefit. The company tries to make sure that you are trained for the job to be performed and provides opportunities and compensation for this training. The worst benefits are no HSA, only match 3 percent on 401k with incredibly long vesting period, and no equity options of any kind.
