Health insurance is kind of expensive for a company this size. There are a lot of team bonding and building experiences throughout the course of the year.
You can purchase benefits cheaper through obamacare. Also they take the benefits all at once out of your first paycheck of the month. If you are fired or resign they still take benefits out of your last check.
