There is a lot to review, so make sure that you set enough time for yourself to go over everything that they offer. There is a ton of great benefits here!
It is awesome that OpenGov covers 95% of an employee's health insurance premium!
Overall good benefits. As someone who does not use our company's health insurance, I am unfamiliar with the exact options here. Lots of flexibility in work schedules, which is great. Additionally, generous PTO & leave policies.
Need more work on higher level and investment in employees
Great company perks in the Redwood City office (breakfast, lunch catered), free laundry and dry cleaning. Good health care benefits. Maternity leave for women met California standards, which is better than most of the country. For men, paternity leave is sub-par (2 weeks). 401k plan good, but no match. All HR is through a secondary company which is a pain at times to deal with. Vacation ~14 days a year, not great.
- Top-shelf health care paid for almost 100% - Well-stocked snacks and drinks. Free Lunch. Free dinner if you need to work late. - Amazing social events where they fly out the whole company.
My favorite perks are the housing stipend and the purple tie laundry service.
- Great medical/dental/vision - No unlimited PTO, have to accumulate. Taking the time off earned is frowned upon and often times denied.
Housing allowance, free lunch and dinner, discount gym membership
Free meals, dry-cleaning, discounted gym membership
