The employee contributions keep rising dramatically.

Best things are probably that they cover dental, eye care and medical, although the medical is progressively getting more expensive. But carrier is decent. Vacation is decent too - 15 days to start plus a reasonable number of holidays, birthday, etc. This could all change due to the acquisition.

The company is eliminating its long-standing 401(k) employer match. To date, no employee announcements have been made to prepare employees for the reduction in benefits.

Above market benefits offering, 3 medical plans with good networks. 401(k) match is generous: 4% match with no maximum.

None. The benefits package is good. You need to high co-payment and deduction.

401k - Company used to match more but it's still a solid match. Health benefits - they cover some benefits with no cost to the employee which is great. Health insurance seems to increase every year though and for someone who rarely gets sick, it's frustrating.

Very good health insurance, 401k matching, 4 weeks vacation once here for 5 years, 3 weeks otherwise 2 weeks paternity leave, unlimited sick days, VSP, and Delta Dental.
