Contractor - typical benefits do not apply
it was a pretty standard package
The best benefit from OpenTable is that they match 401K. However, unlike many tech companies in the bay area, free lunches are not offered, although there are small snacks.
Best was health and 401k, very competitive within industry
They offer 401k help, as well as flex time dependent on your position
The benefits are great.
It starts the day you start. Paid time off, birthday off, unpaid time off if needed, sick days. You will work holidays. Benefits paid in part by employer and includes health, dental, vision (this is free), 401K and life benefits. Seems generous to me
All pretty standard stuff at the time I was employed there. Of course pre-IPO options were a nice perk.
OpenTable provides a solid benefits package. Their RSU grants and refreshers was very competitive.
