StarStarStarStarStar Current Sales Executive in San Francisco, California

They do not match for this

  • Jul 03, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Newark, New Jersey

Very good selection for 401-k funds

  • Jan 17, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Gaithersburg, Maryland

401k matching is complicated and only good for the company, not you.

  • Aug 16, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Scottsdale, Arizona

Its great that they offer matching 401k. Its not quite as much as some of the bigger players in the business (up to 4% I believe) but its money on the table.

  • Jul 17, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Tinton Falls, New Jersey

Their matching amount is not competitive. They offer a 50% up to 4% of your salary (for a maximum of 2% of your salary). Even start ups offer better 401K matching programs than this.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Rochester, New York State

Difficult to manage your funds as you see fit, not much instruction or ease to figure out how to even begin to manage it yourself

  • Jan 13, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Vice President in Gaithersburg, Maryland

Disappointing match. 25% per $1 up to 4% max.

  • Oct 15, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Brooklyn, New York State

Claim that a full match is given on first 4% of contributions - they actually contribute 25% of the first 4%.

  • Oct 24, 2014
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Chicago, Illinois

Administered by Fidelity with reasonable choices but match is stingy at 1%.

  • Sep 11, 2014
StarStarStarStarStar Former Technical Support Engineer in Tucson, Arizona

i've seen a better rate of return with other companies . for example Boeing comes to mind
