We have an open vacation policy, and when we say take some time off, we mean it. Most people at Opendoor take at least 20 days off per year to decompress and be their best.
For the hourly position (Customer Experience Advocate) it is not unlimited. However, you can go up to 15 days with pay in the negative without penalty.

Paid time off is open ended as you an take the time you need as long as you can keep your work completed or have it covered. It's unique and if done properly is very rewarding.
