    For the hourly position (Customer Experience Advocate) it is not unlimited. However, you can go up to 15 days with pay in the negative without penalty.

    Paid time off is open ended as you an take the time you need as long as you can keep your work completed or have it covered. It's unique and if done properly is very rewarding.
