    the maternity leave policy is very short, especially when you do not have long tenure. A woman I know just came back after only 8 weeks of leave because she would be unpaid after that. At a professional company like oppenheimerfunds, this is ridiculous. my prior firm offered 100% pay to everyone for 16 weeks, no minimum service.

    No issues. I have never seen any negative repercussions for anyone taking maternity or paternity leave. The company is very supportive of family needs.
