unlimited "responsible" time off provided
Depending on a role and tenure from 15 upwards days off per year for full time employees. Can carry over up to 5 days but must use them before the end of Q1 of next year. Some old timers with officer titles get as much as 40 days off.
Unfortunately, sick days count against your vacation, so better stay healthy. This also incentivizes employees to show up at work even if they are coughing up a lung, just to be able to have a vacation.
Time of program is very good.
This was very good. Oppenheimer allows a good work/personal life balance. Time off is better than industry standards and increased with number of years served.
Vacation is great, start with 4 to 5 weeks off
Takes a while to build up, but once it does, you're golden.
This is actually an area they are strong in. There are no sick days; those come out of your vacation days, but their time off seems fair.
