The benefits at Optima are good for the area and are continually improving. Health insurance premiums are low or no cost and there are perks such as a stocked refrigerator and snack pantry as well as work from home opportunities.
Recent additions to paid time off in the form of personal days, which replaced extra days off during December are much preferred. PTO now seems generous compared to most other employer I've experienced.
Free health insurance, dental, vision and they give you a percentage of your salary towards your 401k
Optima has great benefits for a small company. They do try to take care of employees including free lunch Fridays :-)
Vacation time is generous for long term employees. Bonus week PTO during Christmas/New Year holiday week, Free life insurance. health insurance is not great but also not bad. 401K plan could be better. Free coffee, snacks and drinks and free lunch every Friday is awesome.
Company pays 100% of Employee portion and %50 of dependent portions.
Excellent insurance including 100% paid for individuals. Free Life Insurance up to certain dollar amount Affordable Disability Insurance 401k with employer matching up to 3% Free drinks and snacks Company license massage therapist (depending on location) Ping pong table (depending on location) Break rooms with HDTVs Free lunches on Friday
I cant be sure that any of what was offered is really offered. The whole process seemed quite shady from the beginning.
High starting wage but never more then a 3% raise, sometimes as low as nothing or 1%
Benefits are great. The health insurance is average and could be better but Optima does a great job at trying to take care of their employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
