Optima ownership is always working to get employees the best benefits packages available. Every year they have some new paid time off announcement from increased accrual or an allotment for paid time for health and wellness.
Good selection of plans. Offers dental and vision and supplemental insurance.
i do not know really because by the time i had gotten my benefits it was time for me to move on and find another new yet exciting opportunity
I work there before and left. When I returned I was no longer able sign of for Kaiser medical. I have been with Kaiser for years, so that was a great disappointment.
They have a PPO or an HMO option. 401K with match. Great time off and Vacation benefits. They bring in outdoor vendors to help manage your day
Flexible 401K plan with 3% contribution, health insurance + optional dental and vision. Affordable for all kinds employee
Three sick days per year. 40 hours of unpaid time per year. Leave of absences are available. Decent medical, dental, vision. PTO accrues at different rates depending on how long you've been with the company (3.4 hours every 2 weeks if you've been here 90 days - 3 years; 4 hours every 2 weeks if you've been here 3-5 years, etc.) Company will match 50% of your 401k contribution, vested after 5 years I think. Employee Assistance Program allows 3 free therapy/counseling sessions every 6 months.
Then benefits are great very reasonable and affordable. PTO is excellent- paid Holidays and they also have days where they offer if you work 5 hour they paid you for 8 hours
about average for good benefits
Benefits package is on the weaker side. Only 10 days of PTO and 7 days of holidays. Less than what most companies are offering right now. Different options for health insurance. But If you choose PPO, it is very expensive.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
