Three sick days per year. 40 hours of unpaid time per year. Leave of absences are available. Decent medical, dental, vision. PTO accrues at different rates depending on how long you've been with the company (3.4 hours every 2 weeks if you've been here 90 days - 3 years; 4 hours every 2 weeks if you've been here 3-5 years, etc.) Company will match 50% of your 401k contribution, vested after 5 years I think. Employee Assistance Program allows 3 free therapy/counseling sessions every 6 months.
Then benefits are great very reasonable and affordable. PTO is excellent- paid Holidays and they also have days where they offer if you work 5 hour they paid you for 8 hours

Benefits package is on the weaker side. Only 10 days of PTO and 7 days of holidays. Less than what most companies are offering right now. Different options for health insurance. But If you choose PPO, it is very expensive.
