PTO is good and accumulates quickly. You also have the option of purchasing additional PTO. There is great maternity leave too.

For a health insurance company, the rates are high. There are multiple additional benefits that are really good.
No stock options, Annual raise is not adequate
Company has a matching program for 401K, Employee Stock Benefits, and good PTO compensation.
Great benefits which include 401k, ESPP, medical insurance (incentives in reducing deductibles), awards for work. Etc.
Paid time off is good once you have tenure with the company. 401 and ESPP is solid. Healthcare benefits are mediocre as deductibles and quite high as well as the cost.
