401K, insurance, PTO and great training. Lots of chances to make overtime and commission. The down fall is the constant change and moving from account to account.
Pto is great, 401k is great
It's generally easy to take paid timeoff, but there's no "sick days." You have to take your own PTO as sick days, since there's no designated vacation days.
it's mostly on par with other companies.
