The best thing is the Full benefits as well as 2-3 weeks off depending on what you negotiate. Also, they match charitable donations to non profits up to 500$ I believe

Genereally excellent benefits package. Health insurance options are excellent and reasonably priced. Lots of add-on options for unique coverages. FLEX plan available. 401K available, but company contribution is limited to 1% of salary/
