Doctors say, "Oh, you have an Oracle plan. Lucky you."
Great benefits plan with many health plan options, flexible spending account, 401K with employer match and even pet insurance. They also offer tuition reimbursement.
Oracle has very good benefits.
Good healthcare plan with many options
401k, dental, health, vision, all the works for health care. HR representatives help in the beginning to make sure you know what you are choosing
Quality 401k but the vacations days could be better. They make you take a winter vacation but you have to use your days.
Full package is pretty good. 401k, health, unlimited pto etc.
The company perks and health insurance is great. You will be fully invested in your 401k after 4 years of employment. 10 weeks of paid parental pay (for new mothers and fathers) is a huge plus.
They have the best medical coverage. However, for 401K, you are not fully vetted until you've been their five years. They will screw you at every turn when it comes to commissions. Here's a lovely story: I literally had to resubmit and expense report for thank you cards ten times. Several months after purchasing thank you notes, I was ask to itemize the name, company, title and reason for sending a 'thank you' to each potential client that had been sent a note. Not kidding.
No good things, just bad things, very less benefits
