Typical in industry. However, the work week is rarely 40 hours. If it was I would give this a higher score.

Vacation accrual is good - 184 hours. Worst part: Forcing Christmas time vacation to take away 4 days !

They have change the PTO to be unlimited vacation. Someone likes it , someone does not. It really depends what you prefer ...

Can't accrue vacation as in the past. In theory, vacation time is unlimited. But business needs trump employee needs and in practice, one gets to take less vacation than in the past. The company now does not have the liability of accrued vacation on its books.

Once you reach a certain level, there is no set amount of vacation. You can take as much as you want.

2-4 weeks vacation depending on tenure

Good vacation and time off from the employer.

For lower level staff that are hourly its only 12 days a year. For higher levels it is unlimited PTO. Mandatory shut downs over Christmas are hard on new hourly employees as you then go in the hole for PTO so you may not get a vacation where you can travel to see overseas family for a entire year or more.
