    Unlimited vacations. Manager's discretion is applied. If you take normal vacation time, then it's not an issue... of course if you want to abuse it, you'll get in trouble.

    It was good, till the mandatory holiday shut downs in HQ, which deducted your PTO. Later on, implemented per management determining the PTOs. I don't know if I ever have chance to take day offs.

    I don't care for the "unlimited" vacation benefit. It's just a way of reducing the company's liabilities, and it leaves everyone wondering how much vacation they really can take. And of course there's no payout for unused vacation accrued under the traditional (old?) method.
