The insurance is great and has been a blessing as I have needed medical assistance in the past year and was able to have the best doctors and care without completely breaking my budget and worrying
The best thing was having insurance. It cost quite a bit for being a single person. I have never had to pay for my insurance benefits before as it was a perk of the job.

Benefits at OCPS are great! The coverage is comprehensive and better than most employers offer. Additionally, insurance is available at little to no cost to employees.

Best: livable salary Worst: retirement plans, overall I lost money by participating in retirement plans. Although I chose a low risk plan, I often lost money, sometimes losing money 3 quarters in a row.
Benefits are not bad. If it's just you it is a great package but if you have to add a family plan it becomes expensive.
