“Full time receive 37 days after 5yrs ”
“dollar to dollar match up to 6% of salary”
it was just the regular 401k package anyone could expect with industry average matching.
fair health care, average 401k, getting more expensive.
401K contribution is 50% of 6% of Salary. If the salary is $100 then the 401K contribution is $3. If the salary is $1000 then the 401K contribution is $30.
Good vacation days Bad healthcare benefits
401k company match 3%, was 6% Decent paid time off. Health Insurance is expensive.
Social insurance and medical insurance.
The benefits package is decent
The benefits package is very nice and they believe in you taking time off. The medical is very good as well.
401k dollar to dollar match up to 6%, generous PTO policy
Best is the PTO, about 30 days a year. The health benefits used to be outstanding, but even with recent changes they are still above what you find out there on average. Bi-annual bonuses.
