The benefits package is decent
The benefits package is very nice and they believe in you taking time off. The medical is very good as well.
401k dollar to dollar match up to 6%, generous PTO policy
Best is the PTO, about 30 days a year. The health benefits used to be outstanding, but even with recent changes they are still above what you find out there on average. Bi-annual bonuses.
They lowered this year the 401K match from 6% to 3%,

Possibility of individual enterpreneurial initiative
Best thing is the autonomy to grow at your own pace. Worst thing is the lack of direction.
Orange offers a pretty generous time off / vacation policy, starting with 3 weeks of paid leave during your first year, increasing with tenure.
There are 3 major benefits that separate Orange USA from most other companies: 1) Extremely competitive medical/dental/vision insurance program. The premiums paid by employees are typically well below what other comparable companies offer. I base this conclusion upon discussions with peers at other large multinational companies. 2) Very generous vacation (Paid-Time Off) policy. You can accrue up to 37 days per year after 10 (maybe 15?) years of service. 3) Very flexible teleworking policy. The majority of staff work from home from 50-100% of the time.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
