3 weeks vacation to start is great, and the health insurance is fantastic, and very affordable!
Pretty standard benefits package from my experience. 15 days off, 10 holidays. Was much better when I first started, fully paid benefits and an awesome free contribution monthly into your HSA account (you didn't have to put in any yourself). This changed a few years down the line, the HSA contribution was removed, and depending on the benefits package you wanted, you would have to pay a little bit (but still not bad).
Great benefits and they're free. Free medical, dental, vision, long-term & short-term disability, life insurance twice salary. Three weeks vacation
They gave an extra week of vacation if you got married or had a child. More of a gimmick than helpful (no real maternity leave policy beyond that), but it was certainly cute and unique. Stock options are kind of bull, decent enough health insurance, but as a software developer, I've come to expect more of the companies at which I work. Standard vacation and holiday policy.
Free dental and vision. Tuition reimbursement is good. 4% match on 401K.
