The health insurance is pretty good. The vision and dental plans are good too. The company will even match 401k contributions up to a certain point.
The best thing was the coverage for household members. The worst thing was the cost of benefits that were not equal to other companies like Lockheed.
The benefits package was pretty average. Nothing overly exciting in it and nothing severely lacking from it either. They offer a limited reimbursement package for higher education, which was useful.
Best, health insurance. Worst.... can't really think of any.
Good, typical benefits. Decent amount of vacation.
Cost of coverage and lack of real competition in developing the benefits package
Really good healthcare package and decent 401k program. Stock options were available before merger with ATK, so if they come back that will be an added bonus. Maternity and paternity leave available.
Option to select coverages as required. 401k maching.
Best is health insurance, worst is bonuses
401K is a nice perk - company matches up to 5% of your contribution each pay period. The health plan is decent - no better or worse than many other companies I'm told. They do offer a tuition reimbursement (it's not quite 100%) which is pretty nice if you're trying to get a degree or masters.
