For Paid Time off it is the minimum required by the state, and you only get 24 hours of sick time.
They do pay you for vacation, but you cant afford to go anywhere because they dont pay us enough.
Vacation or pto ( they are the same thing at OSH) is accrued by how many hours you work and there is a max. But you do get vacation time and you just have to ask for it off a couple weeks in advance.
PTO is just acceptable, nothing great
The accrual system for "paid vacation time" is just okay for new employees, but longer-term (5 years and more) veteran employees are NOT offer more than 2 weeks PTO days -- there is NO type of merit/seniority incentives for long-term employees.
Depends on the store manager. The accrual rate is alright but sometimes it is looked down upon if you want to use it. An Optional yearly payout would be beneficial for those who are maxed out but unable to take PTO
The vacation accrual is very low but at least part timers get something.
only full time employees can get enough hours to enjoy it
Worst: Part time employee can only use 5 hours a day for vacation Best: Mgmt is accommodating at requests
the offer the minimum required by law.
