I love the benefits here! They're honestly the main reason I'm still with the company. You just can't get this pay rate and these benefits anywhere else around here without a specialized degree.
Best thing is that I have insurance and retirement. Worst thing is the out of pocket expense and deductibles that accompany the insurance, and the retirement keeps getting ravaged by the state legislature.
