They offer a good package. Plenty of paid days off. Matching 6% on your retirement contribution 401K. Discount on company stock. Support funding for approved personal financial emergency. And also other benefits not mentioned. The one thing that is good not great is the Health Insurance. It is good. Not a deterrent.
