You can only go to an OH physician, labs, radiology etc and you have to go downtown

The management will lure you in with possibilities of growth and are ultimately a carrot in front of the horse. Many including supervisors are uncultured with no theoretical knowledge of efficient hospital business tasks. Favoritism and scapegoating allows the less educated to maintain positions in the chaos of disorganization where schedules are barely able to be managed.

Tuition assistance require that you work for them for a long time. You have to select medical benefits immediately or you will lose the enrollment period and you will have to wait a long time. The dental coverage is great.

The health benefits are ok, but you have high copays for emergency room and outpatient hospital. You do not get paid for holidays and you have to use your PTO time for sick, vacation... even when there are hurricanes. There is no real over time and moving up within the organization is very hard.

No benefits for pool employees even if you work regularly at the unit. For other employees they offer the regular benefits, insurance, 401k, etc..
