It would be nice to have sick days separate from vacation hours. Worst thing is you cannot cash out your extended leave bank that has been acquired

Best thing is that if you are non exempt your pto can add up relatively quickly. Worst is that all vacation, sick, etc comes out of the same pot and you don't earn time when you are out - this is really tough on extended leaves. Also, health insurance only covers the Orlando Health hospital system - there are plenty of locations and physicians but if you get injured out of town or need to see a specific non-covered specialist the process can be difficult

Cheap prices on meds, health insurance is good. 401k is ok. PTO is ok.

Best vision insurance. Anything else, call HR department. They are more than willing to answer questions you may have.

Orlando Health Benefits are not that great. If you are a salaried employee, you are forced to use your PTO time for federal holidays. It all comes out of one bank making it really hard for new employees to a cute much time for a few years.

The best thing about the benefits package is you can get you medication on using your payroll deduction.
