Generally speaking the benefit package is generous compared to some others. Managers and up are now on flexible time off, which sounds better than it is as you no longer accrue any time: it is great if you consistently use up your vacation time every year.
401k, great parking, bonus was decent, insurance was very competitive.

The worst thing is that investing with your 401K can get a little tricky, but only because it gives you complete freedom to do so! The BEST thing is that the benefits are some of the best in the business... against ANYONE. Co-pays are low, benefits are high, and nearly everyone and everywhere is covered.
