Health insurance-mediocre 401k great-6 percent match
The benefits are getting less and less but they want more money for less coverage. It isn't easy to take time off because they are always under staffed but management will take off whenever they want.
Good Benefits. Plus they offer Our Health which is very convenient.
The cost of the benefit package was pretty good for the high deductible plan. It was about average for the PPO plan. There were only two plans from which to choose but both allowed you to choose your MD
