no worst thing they had excellent insurance and good vacation package also had earned hours and employee discounts. in dealer department they had year end bonus. they also had training class and trip to vermont to home office.
This company offers a competitive 401K plan matching 100% for the first 3 % and 50% match for the next 3%. A decent amount of vacation time is given per pay period as well.
60% off all clothing for you to wear - that you COULD wear while working. 50% off everything else. PAY is the worst. They do not value the retail staff and therefore undervalue their pay.
every year the employee pays more for the insurance. the yearly raise you get does not cover the hike in insurance. therefore you bring home less money every year.
Employee discount is great, especially in the outlet stores. Orvis understands that employees have families and lives outside of work and are very accommodating.
