Unlimited vacation time, plus quarterly wellbeing days, sick days, floating holodays
It is great, very flexible and understanding. Some job levels offer unltd pto.
In comparison to similar companies, PTO policy is pretty generous. Time is easy to take
unaware of what my hours are, difficult to take a vacation during acceptable time, unclear on who to notify when taking a vacation other than through an online portal.
15 days PTO, 8 Sick Days, 1 "Un-Sick" day
Unlimited vacation, and people do use it in my experience
Pros: It's unlimited, so if you have a great trip planned, or need a day off here and there, you can take it Cons: It's easy to get stuck in work-mode and not take vacation if they never expire
When I was there it was unlimited but now that's only for upper management
