The best thing about the benefits package is that is 100% employer paid. 120 hour max. PTO bank, I like long vacations ;)
Company paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance. 50% match on 401k up to 3%. Monthly transportation stipend.
Good PTO package with max number of days set over time accrued during employment. Health insurance contribution could be better but there are many offerings within the plan.

Health insurance has no deductible and you can use your choice of providers. PTO (combined sick/vacation) is only 15 days which is really low.
