Great PTO and health insurance rates
Our benefits program is really great. I have yet to have any problems with it and have been taken care of very well!
Great outline but takes a long time to qualify for the package once onboard
Best: 24 hours of paid time to volunteer in the community. Worst: No formal flexible/alternate schedule options (ex. Remote office/4 - 10s, etc.)
The culture and employee appreciation
Great package, above average, great breadth
Best = awesome options, great cost, lots of benefits outside of health insurance, etc. Worst = HR department is the worst at helping make changes.
Best: Insurance, Profit Sharing, 401(k), PTO, VTO, work/life balance, variable scheduling. A true sense of community, part of a greater team. Worst: Salary Caps, lack of cost of living increases, no differential for weekend work.
Loads of vacation time. Also Vaulenteer time off!
