“I have had no issues with our benefits program. The company does alot to help you navigate alot of problems that you may have”
“4% match with no cap”
“Discounts and affiliate discounts everywhere, including the Otter Shop”
The PTO structure is great. I was able to carry a balance of 160 PTO hours and accrued 25 days/years after four years of employment.
Good benefits, safe harbor 401k matching and profit sharing, though it became less and less
Espresso Machines, Fruit, On Site Gym, Bonuses
You get VTO and PTO, however, the health insurance is expensive and if they do not hit buckets or if you fail to meet incentives (which happens often due to the lack of current communication)
Paid volunteer time, generous PTO, great years of service rewards, and lunch time workouts to name a few
Hands down, one of the best benefits packages I have had - comparable, if not better than companies of a much larger size. Otter really takes care of it's employees and is always thinking of new ways to make the benefits package even sweeter each year. Generous PTO and VTO (volunteer time off) plus reasonable health care costs.
Great PTO and health insurance rates
Our benefits program is really great. I have yet to have any problems with it and have been taken care of very well!
Great outline but takes a long time to qualify for the package once onboard
Best: 24 hours of paid time to volunteer in the community. Worst: No formal flexible/alternate schedule options (ex. Remote office/4 - 10s, etc.)
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
