Monthly premiums are expensive, prescriptions are very expensive.
We need more PTO! Other benefits such as insurance, retirement, etc are ok. Also, the switch from EIT to Short-term disability through the hospital is terrible.

Benefits begin on day one of employment. For a hospital - benefits are decent. Some benefits for employees could be free, but that's just my opinion.

The best thing is that benefits are actually offered in full and goes into effect immediately. The worst is that when it is time to use those benefits, it is hard to contact a benefits rep who is willing to assist you.
