Offered 1/2 off when not working.
The employee discount was reasonable because it not only applied to when you were working but also if you came in to eat off shift.
The worst thing is, Managers and Managing Partners no longer get to eat at other locations for free. This was one of the only benefits we had.
Half off is better than nothing, however the owner was super stingy all the time and we never got food or anything like every other place. Sometimes working all day as a server you don't have time to eat, I went 10 hours straight before with nothing.
Salary manager company comp card. Up to 100 dollars of food at company restaurant groups.
It basically allows the employee tobeat for free. Pretty good.
Dining out benefit for salaried management and hourly employees.
50% discount at home store, 25% at other locations and affiliated (OSI) restaurants. 100% when working as headwait or manager.
50% off home store when eating with one other person, 25% off at other outbacks and bloomin brand stores.
Employee discount is all good, its 50% for shift, not a bad deal but could be 100% for headwait servers
