The employee discount is 50% off at your current place of work. The other discounts are 25% all of the other bloomin brands restaurants. Also if you are to visit another outback, you would get 25% off

The best thing about the discount was that it could be used at anytime, even if you went to a different outback you could still use the 25% off discount.

The employee discount was reasonable because it not only applied to when you were working but also if you came in to eat off shift.

  • Jan 20, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Managing Partner in Los Angeles, California

The worst thing is, Managers and Managing Partners no longer get to eat at other locations for free. This was one of the only benefits we had.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Server in Orlando, Florida

Half off is better than nothing, however the owner was super stingy all the time and we never got food or anything like every other place. Sometimes working all day as a server you don't have time to eat, I went 10 hours straight before with nothing.
