You will be taught by other servers which I find to be fun and personal, and is really the best way to train for such job. A server will quickly tell you the most important things to know. Those who are certified trainers at outback are typically the best servers.

Job training is cool. You train with different certified trainers for 4-5 shifts. Sometimes they tell you conflicting things which expemplofies how everyone is on a different page.
