Job training is cool. You train with different certified trainers for 4-5 shifts. Sometimes they tell you conflicting things which expemplofies how everyone is on a different page.

While you will be trained by a more experienced employee, it may not be the best training especially if the management is not very involved in your training

StarStarStarStarStar Former Server/Bartender in San Marcos, Texas

Training was rather extensive and usually took at least 2 weeks of shadowing and taking various menu tests including food, seasonal, bar, and food handlers.

Depending on the Server you were assigned, it was very helpful. Some of the staff was very rude and I would not recommend them as a Trainer.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Server in Orlando, Florida

You won't learn anything. You're basically given a packet and are told to learn it. They do minimal efforts on their part to train you. It's really, really bad. It needs changed immediately if they want better employees and service.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Headwait in Cary, North Carolina

Comprehensive training so that you can answer any guest questions. Includes sampling food menu when first being hired, and sampling new/seasonal items and drinks as they are rolled out.

Training really needs to be improved. You get stuck with a trainer for a fee days then set loose
