Job training is roughly 8 weeks. Depending on which store you train at, you may get taught properly.

You can’t get alcohol off which sorta sucks but otherwise it’s still pretty good. It even works for one other person if your dining in together

You will be taught by other servers which I find to be fun and personal, and is really the best way to train for such job. A server will quickly tell you the most important things to know. Those who are certified trainers at outback are typically the best servers.
