“All "vacation" or "sick leave" time off is treated as Paid Time Off, if you have earned it. You earn so many hours of PTO each paycheck. When you need to request it, you go to the WorkDay app and request it. Approval goes to your manager and once approved, gets taken away from your total hours acquired thus far. You have a floating holiday each year as well as a few paid days which do not go against your personal PTO (such as Lagoon Day). ”

Benefits are good. Several health packages to choose from including medical, dental and eye coverage. Additional coverages such as supplemental, accident, and hospital coverages are very affordable add-ons. 401 + company match. Employee stock purchase plan. Pretty standard PTO policy, can rollover to the next year, management encourages people to take PTO often.
Pretty good benefits such as 6% 401K match and good health/dental insurance options. Best perk is the 9/80 schedule (9 days in 2 weeks - 40 hours).

9/80 schedule is the best 4 weeks maternity leave is the worst, so all in all pretty good
