I think they have a fairly good benefit program.
The company has all the normal benefits, and does match up to 6% on 401K contributions. Has a pretty decent benefits package. Pays men up to 1 month paid time off on maternity leave.
401k match was great as well as PTO accumulation. Having said that you could never use all the PTO so it just sat there. The health benefits used to be good but then Patrick decided to go to a cheaper plan and it has been a nightmare ever since
1. 6% match for 401k. 2. Health insurance isn't good.
HR is horrible to deal with.
401K 6%, medical, dental, vision, onsite massage therapist, onsite cafeteria, gym, gym membership, corporate games, corporate events, team games
Amazing Benefits. I have a wife and two boys and I only pay 400 A month! My old company I was paying 700 a month. The company pays up to 6% on 401K
Health care is partially paid by the company, which really takes the burden on worrying about how to afford it.
Variety of health plans, awesome 401(k), low cost dental & vision, short term disability for maternity leave, all the amenities.
401K with 6% match and 100% vesting from day one.
