Great ESPP and 401k package.
401K Match is pretty decent (up to 6%) with another 2% automatically applied.
Good benefits. Health insurance is the type where you have to hit deductible first, but they contribute to HSA. Health services onsite which is really nice.

Favorable vacation - paid time off.
Good 401K with 2% employer contribution + up to 6% employer match. So if you contribute 6%, you get 8% from OC. Health insurance is not bad. It is a high premium plan but it comes with HSA deposits from OC. There is a great ESPP up to 15% of the salary. In addition, they offer strong support on the mental health side and EAP.
