    Overall 401K is 8% (2% automatic, 6% matching) Healthcare premiums are low, but plans have high out of pocket costs. There are several tiers available depending on the need of the employee Vacation is pretty competitive, there are some better options out there

    The 401k match at OC is generous - 2% automatic contribution + 6% match. The company offers and HSA and a creative wellness plan. The vacation plan is also competitive and generous.

    401k - 6% Match + 2% contribution = 8%, vested on first day of employment. Vacation time is based on year experience relevant to role inside or outside of company. Offered paid maternity/paternity. Annual Bonus in addition to merit increase Employee can purchase stock at a 15% discount Health Insurance - Standard Overall the benefits plan was much better than previous employer. I thought this was a great company to work for.

    Company changed its vacation policy for time off to be based on total years of professional tenure, not just years of company service. 401k marching is better than most with full 6% plus an added 2% in lieu of a pension.
