Management and hourly has come to a crossroads over the company wanting to work everyday no shutdown for needed repairs and no North American holidays. Only vacation time is available to only two hourly department staff per shift and in each department only. I’ve heard salary or most of salary has a difficult time getting their vacation time. The management shows favoritism towards some of the salary staff. You may no be able to get the time you want when it’s desired. This is the worst thing about benefits.
It is very competitive in the industry, based on experience and challenges of the job. Global approach with local implementation
Since I was just an intern. The hourly pay rate is good but it did not cover retirement plan and 401 K,etc.
Great benefits. Excellent retirement match as well.
The value of OI's benefits is the best around.
About average for manufacturing sector.
Great benefits, very competitive 401(k)
The sick policy was great and the amount of days were never tracked. The vacation time fell below the standard amount give out at other similar companies.
Offers traditional, HMO and PPO plans. Offers HSA, FSA, dental, vision and a host of extra things like HealthyRoads(tm) for employee well-being. Just added a tobacco-free discount, but it actually increased everyone's plan cost (plan lowed back to normal rate is the "discount")
Nothing it's all great lowest insurance i have ever seen with any job
