Hard to get the time wanted on both hourly and salary staff.
Nothing out of the ordinary than any other publicly traded company.
The plan is not great so many people negotiate vacation upon hire.
If your a senior level experienced employee seeking employment, 3 weeks vacation tops until 15 years served. May be different for the upper echelon.
Reasonable vacation and paid time off.
Trying to take a vacation while working a swing shift is not easy; you don't see management often and you have to have someone cover for you if there is less than two people scheduled for that day that you want off.
