Best thing is the health insurance. It covers nearly everything, and then you can submit it all for reimbursement.

I'm giving it a 4/5 because our dental insurance is awful (it's basically a discount at Castle Dental), and there's no coverage for glasses or contact lenses. The health insurance will cover an optometrist visit with a very small copay, but you'll pay out of pocket for lenses. The CEO explained the reason for this to me during my offer, and it makes sense, but it's something that irked me a little.
