Expensive benefits, very little PTO as you start, the overtime pay is HALF your hourly salary instead of time and a half, no sick days.
Decent benefits that work for the amount of money your are compensated while there.
There are no reasonable benefits. They offer all options but those are nothing but craps.
Basic Cigna healthcare coverage but better than what most competitors offer.
Overall package has steadily declined as has compensation incentives

Pretty average, but nothing to complain about. Paid Holidays, PTO, 401K, health insurance. All stuff you should expect at a full-time corporate job.
