Medical coverage is Geared towards New England so not very user friendly in the rest of the US. Harvard Pilgrim is the worst medical coverage I've ever had
401K match is subpar. It is about half the match of most companies. The insurance only has one option and it has a high high deductible. The company used to provide you with all the deductible money in an HSA so you would get reimbursed, which was awesome. They still provide some HSA dollars, but not nearly as good as it was. They also used to provide everyone with stock options which made it exciting to work here. They got rid of that too.
Not much coverage with medical and dental
Poor 401k. Insurance is based in Boston. While the lab here in Memphis.
Mutual of Omaha wont pay for STD that oxfords provides. The stock option given to you upon hire is a joke. They dont even grant you shares. HR doesnt know the laws. I was fired while under a doctors care. Lost my insurance with a $2500 deductible. Pass them up.
Poor benefits, they have a poor 401k program, insurance is based in Boston near corporate. With the huge lab in Memphis you would think we would have a local option
Great Benefits and great company!
Options for either an HMO or PPO, as well as dental insurance and the option of pet insurance
They keep employees on a temporary contract as long as possible, because they do not want to offer any benefits. The horrible health insurance that if offered through the temporary agency is extremely expensive.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
