Wonderful package, 401k is fantastic.
Good overall benefits. Great retirement package.
Decent benefits and flexible working hours, depending on the position or division. Health, dental, vision, 3-month parental leave, matching 401k contributions.
Health benefits were slashed again last year. OUP staff essentially took a huge paycut. Working with a company based in Oxford really highlights OUP NY's abysmal vacation and leave benefits. It's awkward when your UK colleagues are out for one year on parental leave while people on the same team but in NY get only a few weeks.
Benefits are average. There is a retirement plan match of 3% but strangely it's against an after tax plan. HR turnover is super high.
Entry level jobs offer 15 vacation days plus holidays and sick time. Health insurance coverage is decent. For hourly employees, I believe the work week is longer in Cary (40 hours) than in NY/UK (35 hours).
Excellent retirement benefits contribution, much higher than most organizations.
You have to stay 3 years to get what they've matched on your 403b and I've heard the insurance has gotten worse since I left
Oxford does a good good of contributing to your retirement account.
