Health benefits are very sufficient for employees, spouses and children, but not supportive of domestic partnerships (the company chooses to tax you on their contribution as earned income). Vacation time is less than the industry standard, and changed (to a week less upon hiring) a few years ago so some people have at least a week more than other (newer) people in the same position.
They offer 401k with company match. They also have an additional retirement plan once you put in your investment years.
