Best-PAM provides healthcare for vision, dental, and optical. Bad- 401k sucks because they only match a certain percentage for your first few years and then once you have been here along time they will finally match 100% of the 3% you put in. Not good at all for corporate employees. Bad- No employee sharing program even though its a public company Bad- No bonuses for corporate employees Bad-Vacation is 0 when you start, after you work your first year then you get 1 week and so on and so forth. Max is 3 weeks.
