Good leave and 401k. Poor health plan and tuition reimbursement. Some of P2's benefits are great. Others are simply not competitive for the industry (or even industry standard).
It's a full package, and comes with added perks of bonuses, ability to work remote as/if needed, generous PTO, the P2 Way, social committees, and many other in office niceties.
POSITIVE The company has a great PTO plan. As a standard you get 3 weeks of PTO for combined sick leave and vacation time. On top of that, there are 6 annual company paid holidays, but you also receive 4 floating holidays to use within the year. P2 also provides 8 hours of volunteer time where you get paid to go out and do volunteer work for a day. NEGATIVE The health insurance is mediocre, it is a high deductible plan with either an HSA or an HRA. It isn't that pricey monthly, but depending on the amount of money you have stowed away in your HSA/HRA, a simple checkup could get pretty expensive.
They offer an HSA, which is nice. The downside is that it's a HDHP.
The Health insurance was good, they matched 401K 5% and you could carry over your vacation time. The tuition assistance isn't much but it helps.
