    I accrues like the government which is fine. The problem is that you can't build over a certain amount without it being paid out. I was trying to save to be able to take a month long trip in the slowest work month and can't build it up.

    Vacation and sick leave builds at approximately 2 days per month. If there is death on the family the company pays 4 days (a weeks work, 40 hours) for bereavement. I believe the leave policy is excellent.
