$50/month for full health coverage PPO plan. I could see any doctor for any reason in or out of my plan and they would cover it via BC/BS. If it was out of plan I would pay for visit and get a reimbursement check for full amount within a month. Was amazing.
Negotiated unpaid maternity leave for longer duration. It was very easy to deal with HR and UNUM over that topic. HR does not know details or not telling them but UNUM was very transparent and helped a lot
