Comprehensive package, includes decent health insurance, plenty of choices, and 401K. Vacation is accrued but generous.
Offered coverages are very comprehensive and beneficial.
3 weeks PTO and 2 weeks sick time per year plus 7 holidays. Same 401K as all companies. Increases are rare and small so get the salary you want when you are hired. No bonuses.

Medical very reasonable and covered much more than other plans.
The best part is that personal days and vacation days are all the same category Paid Time Off. Nice and simple. The worst is that SICK days can only be taken in a minimum of 4 hour increments. So, if you leave to hour early due to illness and you want to take SICK time, your have to use 4 hours.
Short term disability is only 60% which made it hard when I was sick.
Employees may chose between several different insurance plans. Coverage is very good with largest plan.
