great benefits overall - bad thing was they did away with 100% coverage option once Obamacare took effect. Highest is 90% now. I must comment that - even though PAREXEL closed PV at my location, I was 7 months pregnant at the time of layoff, Sr. management postponed my layoff date so that I could take a maternity leave, still get benefits through that time, then receive a severance after maternity period was up. That was very nice of them to do that - some companies would not. I would go back to work for PAREXEL if a desired position was open.
401k match is nothing compared to market, best benefits is the flexibility of working and telecommute and worst is the tuition reimbursement is not that great compared to market and ESPP is not beneficial too.
Great vacation policy. Has a good 401 plan. Has a good benefits package...medical coverage is excellent... dental coverage is excellent as well... overall good benefits package.
Excellent benefits package in comparison to most other employers
Benefits are pretty good, not great. 401K matching is only 3% up to $3000 total per year. ESPP is not attractive. Insurance plans are good with very good carrier. Vacation and personal time off decent. Overall, neither a deal maker nor deal breaker. Work from home occasionally, per manager's policy, or need to get formally approved as a decentralized employee. Some positions offer management incentive plan.
Good 401k match, flexible work hours, paid time off
Benefits more than competitive. They include 401k match, stock options, flexibility in chosing medical, life, dependent, PTO, and sick time available.
I got dental, vision, and medical benefits. Also the 401K was great.
Hi Cost of Insurance, Low Employer Contribution to 401k(only 3%), good vacation accrual
401k and match, paid time off
