Vacation and PTO were nothing short of stellar in 2007/2008 when I was there. In the first year you got 3 weeks paid vacation, 2 weeks sick pay, all national holidays, and 7 floating holidays. It was amazing. You could acquire this over the course of a year. If you took no time off in the first year, you still accumulated PTO for the 2nd year, but you had to use it by the end of 2nd year or else by 3rd year it would start falling off. Nothing short of a stellar package in my opinion

I get 15 PTO days per year, and I've never had a problem scheduling vacation time. Managers occasionally grant paid "personal days," which don't count against your PTO, if you've been working a lot of extra hours.
